The 4 new talking CCTV cameras have secured their first arrest and fine following their introduction last week.

A late - night reveller chose to throw the remains of his fast food to the floor and urinate in the Town Centre despite being warned by the talking camera.

The result? Police were alerted and escorted him off to pay his £80 fine. This ended up being £155 after the 'gent' ended up in court as he wouldn't pay up.
