Six Post Offices have closed in the Ipswich Constituency since Labour came to power and now the Govt have announced they intend to close more.
2,500 Post Offices up and down the country will be closed to add to the 3,000 Tony Blair has already shut.
And what is the Labour Mp going to do about it? About as much as he did with the problems at the Hospital by the sound of it.
Mole said "it would be rash to oppose change before the implications are clear. Until any proposals come forward (closing Post Offices) you cannot judge what the implications are".
It is quite clear to Ipswich Lib Dems what the implication of shutting a Post Office are to a community and particularly the elderly, vulnerable and local businesses.
Lib Dem Cllr. Andrew Cann said: "Yet again Mole is burying his head in the sand as he did over the Hospital refusing to fight for our services until after they are shut and the 'implications' can be seen. I cannot find anyone in the Town who supports Post Office closures and thats because we all know the implications of a local Post Office closing now".
